Throughout my tenure, I delivered significant results. I achieved a 400% growth in membership conversions and an 8% increase in the App Open to Send Rate. The e-commerce expansion accounted for 10% of total orders in its first week. I also boosted feature adoption with a 30x increase in new reminders and improved our Trustpilot rating from 3.8 to 4.4. Lastly, I reduced deliverability complaints from 20% to 5% by redesigning the shipping process.
